Since moving to Salt Spring Island in 2002 Donn has focussed on playing the lap steel guitar, otherwise know as the Hawaiian guitar. He has accompanied most of the island's performers at one time or another, as well as appearing as a guest player on CDs by Alan Moberg, Jane Eamon, Tusket, and Id Guinness. He currently plays with is partner, Tess Fama, in a duo.
